1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ta778", "we", "us", "our" — refers to ta778, the operator of the website located at ta778.net and all associated services, platforms, and mobile interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the ta778 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the ta778 website at ta778.net, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on the ta778 Platform, used to access games and manage funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ta778 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ta778 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

Use of the ta778 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a resident of and physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons of unsound mind or those under legal guardianship are not eligible.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of ta778 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

4 Account Registration

To access ta778's full range of services, you must register a player account. Registration is free. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. ta778 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are subject to immediate closure without notice.
• You must notify ta778 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support via the live chat or email channels.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• ta778 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ta778 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Accepted methods currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ta778 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. ta778 does not charge deposit fees. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own e-wallet provider or bank.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds until identity documents are submitted and approved.
• ta778 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may extend the processing timeline beyond standard timeframes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Funds deposited into a ta778 account must be used for gaming purposes. ta778 is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• Deposits made by third parties are not accepted. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ta778 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions that apply to all ta778 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms include the following:

• Bonuses are awarded at ta778's absolute discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed by a player.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Players attempting to exploit bonuses through fraudulent play patterns, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• Real money funds in your account are used before bonus funds by default, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• ta778 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds credited in error at any time, including deducting such amounts from a player's real money balance where the bonus funds have already been used.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ta778 Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game, as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the underlying game engine, the result recorded by the game server shall be considered final.

• ta778 uses certified third-party Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes across all eligible games. These systems are audited for compliance.
• Bets placed and accepted by the ta778 system are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player once confirmed, except where the specific game rules allow it.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ta778 will follow the game provider's official protocol for resolving the affected round, which may include voiding the round and refunding the wager.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are subject to real-time fluctuations and the amount at the time of a win event — as recorded by the game server — shall be the binding winning amount.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ta778 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, including the use of fictitious names or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer environments.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or pricing mistakes in any game or sportsbook market to generate artificial profits.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identification or verification documents during the KYC process.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the ta778 Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ta778 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

ta778 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that gambling remains a form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal harm. The ta778 Platform provides a number of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible directly from account settings.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool, which will prevent access to the ta778 Platform for a chosen period. 10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if ta778 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ta778 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ta778's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ta778 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during any such period of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ta778's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ta778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law or regulation.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• At the player's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons not related to a breach by the player, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable deductions. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless otherwise specified.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

ta778 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. 14 Governing Law & Disputes
